| Product Overview | The Calf Handling Alley is a narrow, fixed-width livestock race designed to move calves and other small livestock in a controlled single-file flow toward a processing chute, tipping table, weighing station or loading area. Its sheeted side panels reduce visual distractions and help keep the animal's head and legs inside the working alley. The reference 18-inch internal width is specifically suited to calves and smaller stock, while the relatively low side panels allow handlers to reach animals when necessary. Modular spreaders, access gates and common connection points allow the alley to be incorporated into new cattle-handling systems or adapted to existing farm layouts. |

| Working Principle | Calves enter the alley from a sorting pen, holding area or crowding section and move forward in single file through the narrow working race. The fixed-width geometry limits turning space, while the sheeted lower sides reduce visual distractions and help maintain forward movement. Intermediate lift-up or side-tilt gates allow handlers to control the number of calves moving toward the processing area. At the end of the alley, calves can be directed into a tipping table, calf chute, treatment station or loading chute. Once one animal is processed and released, the next calf can be moved forward in a controlled sequence. |
