Working Principle	Width Adjustment: Release the locking chains, move the curved panel system inward or outward to the required width, and secure the chains in the selected latch position. Panel Movement: Inner panels remain pinned to the spreader frames, while the outer panels travel along their support tracks on contoured wheels. Curved Animal Flow: Cattle enter the single-file alley and naturally follow the broad curve. The lead animal maintains a view farther along the race, encouraging continued forward movement. Installation & Maintenance	Install the U-curve alley on a firm and level surface. Grooved concrete or another stable non-slip livestock-yard surface is recommended where appropriate. Position the spreaders according to the required curve and connect the inside panels directly to the frames. Hang the outside curved panels on the corresponding tracks and confirm that the contoured wheels move freely. Set the required alley width before operation and securely engage all locking chains. When rolling doors or elevated walkways are installed, confirm that gate travel and walkway transitions remain unobstructed. Regularly inspect chains, slotted latches, panel pins, support tracks, wheels, rolling-door mechanisms and walkway connections. Remove manure and mud from moving parts and walking surfaces.
