Working Principle Whole milk, prepared milk replacer or another approved liquid calf ration is loaded into the stainless steel tank. The mixing system circulates and agitates the liquid to maintain an even concentration throughout the batch.

Depending on configuration, the system can monitor tank weight and milk temperature before the feeding round begins. Optional heating or pasteurization equipment can be integrated where required by the farm feeding program.

The operator then drives the electric vehicle along the calf housing route. At each individual pen, hutch or group feeding station, the milk pump transfers liquid through the delivery hose to the quantitative dispensing gun.

The required portion is dispensed directly into the feeding bucket, trough or compatible feeding system. After feeding is completed, the tank, pump, pipelines and dispensing components are cleaned according to the farm sanitation program.
