| Product Overview |
The Double Arm Drip Cup for Poultry Drinkers is a water-catching accessory installed beneath poultry nipple drinkers. Its two-arm structure provides stable support around the drinking pipe while the collection cup catches droplets released during bird drinking. By reducing water reaching the litter or manure area, the drip cup supports cleaner and drier poultry-house conditions. It is suitable for commercial broiler, layer, breeder and pullet drinking systems and can be supplied as part of a complete poultry waterline package. |

| Structural Principle |
The drip cup is positioned directly beneath a nipple drinker. When birds activate the nipple, drinking water is released at the nipple pin. Water that is not consumed immediately can fall into the cup instead of reaching the poultry-house floor or litter. The two-arm structure distributes the load around the drinking pipe and helps keep the collection bowl centered beneath the nipple during normal line movement, raising and lowering, bird contact and routine farm operation. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: What is the purpose of a poultry drip cup? It collects droplets released around the nipple drinker and helps reduce water reaching the poultry-house litter or manure area. Q2: What is the advantage of a double-arm design? Two support arms provide stable positioning and help keep the cup centered beneath the drinking nipple. Q3: Are different cup sizes available? Yes. Small and large double-arm cup configurations are used in commercial poultry drinking systems, depending on the selected equipment. Q4: Can the drip cup be installed on any poultry waterline? Compatibility depends on the drinking-pipe dimensions, pipe profile and nipple position. These details should be confirmed before ordering. Q5: Does the cup supply drinking water itself? No. A standard drip cup primarily collects water released from the nipple. The nipple drinker remains the main drinking point. Q6: Can replacement cups be ordered in bulk? Yes. Bulk quantities are available for poultry farms, farm construction projects, distributors, dealers and maintenance inventories. |
