The connector receives the ends of two adjacent drinking pipes and holds them concentrically in a common coupling body. Internal sealing surfaces or sealing rings form a water-tight joint while allowing water to pass continuously through the assembled drinking line.

In suspended poultry nipple systems, the water pipe may also be supported by an aluminum profile. A separate profile connector is then installed across the joint to maintain longitudinal rigidity and keep the drinking line straight during lifting, lowering and routine operation.

Installation

1. Check that both drinking-line pipe ends are clean, straight and free from burrs.
2. Inspect the connector and sealing components before installation.
3. Insert the first pipe end into the connector to the required installation depth.
4. Align the second pipe section and insert it into the opposite side of the connector.
5. Install the aluminum support-profile connector and fasteners where required.
6. Check that the complete drinking line remains straight and level.
