Professional Multi-Parameter Water Quality Analyzer

Product Name Professional Multi-Parameter Water Quality Analyzer
Product Image Professional Multi-Parameter Water Quality Analyzer
Product Overview The Professional Multi-Parameter Water Quality Analyzer is a portable field instrument designed for rapid and comprehensive evaluation of water quality in livestock farms, poultry facilities, cattle operations, agricultural projects and general environmental monitoring applications.

Depending on the selected configuration, one instrument can monitor multiple important water parameters such as pH, oxidation-reduction potential, dissolved oxygen, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids, salinity, temperature and turbidity. Additional measurement functions can be supplied according to project requirements.

For livestock production, regular water-quality testing helps operators evaluate drinking-water sources, wells, storage tanks, water treatment systems and distribution networks before water reaches animals. The portable configuration also allows engineering companies and farm service teams to perform measurements at multiple locations without installing permanent instrumentation.

The system is suitable for routine farm inspections, commissioning of new livestock water systems, water-treatment verification and comparative testing between different water sources.
Key Features Multi-Parameter Measurement: Multiple water-quality indicators can be checked with one portable measurement platform.

Portable Field Operation: Suitable for carrying between livestock houses, wells, storage tanks, treatment rooms and agricultural project sites.

Integrated Probe Options: Multi-sensor probe configurations reduce the need to carry several independent testing instruments.

Real-Time Digital Display: Measurement results can be viewed directly during field inspection for efficient decision-making.

Data Recording: Data storage and transfer functions are available according to selected configuration.

Automatic Compensation: Temperature compensation and related measurement-support functions are available for applicable parameters.

Field-Oriented Construction: Probe housings and portable control units can be selected for demanding agricultural and outdoor working environments.

Flexible Measurement Configuration: Sensor parameters, cable length, probe structure and accessories are customizable according to project requirements.
Structural Components Handheld Control Unit: Provides measurement display, operating controls, calibration functions and data management according to configuration.

Multi-Parameter Sensor Probe: Houses several water-quality sensing elements within one field measurement assembly.

pH / ORP Sensor: Used for acidity, alkalinity and oxidation-reduction potential measurement when included in the selected configuration.

Dissolved Oxygen Sensor: Measures oxygen concentration in the water using the selected sensing technology.

Conductivity Sensor: Supports conductivity-related measurements and calculations such as salinity or total dissolved solids where applicable.

Temperature Sensor: Measures water temperature and supports automatic temperature compensation for compatible parameters.

Turbidity Sensor: Available for applications requiring evaluation of suspended particles and water clarity.

Connection Cable: Connects the sensor probe to the handheld control unit and allows measurements inside tanks, wells or other difficult-to-access locations.

Protective Carrying Case: Available upon request for organized transportation of the analyzer, probes, calibration solutions and accessories.
Working Principle / Structural Principle The analyzer combines several sensing technologies into one portable measurement system. The probe is placed directly into the water sample or submerged at the required measurement point, allowing the individual sensing elements to respond to the water conditions.

pH and ORP are typically measured through electrochemical electrodes. Conductivity is determined from the electrical characteristics of the water, while dissolved oxygen is measured through a compatible electrochemical or optical sensing element depending on the selected configuration. Turbidity measurement uses an optical sensing principle when this function is included.

The instrument processes the signals from the individual sensors and displays the corresponding water-quality values on the control unit. Temperature information can also be used for compensation of measurements where required.

For field surveys, measurements can be taken at several locations to compare the condition of the source water, storage tank, treatment outlet and downstream drinking-water system.

Installation & Maintenance The portable analyzer normally requires no permanent installation. Before measurement, inspect the probe, cable and sensor surfaces and confirm that the required sensors have been calibrated according to the operating procedure.

For routine farm testing, place the sensor probe into a representative water sample or directly into the source, tank or monitoring point. Allow the readings to stabilize before recording the results. When comparing several locations, use a consistent sampling and measurement procedure.

Sensors should be rinsed with suitable clean water between measurement locations to reduce cross-contamination. Deposits, sediment and biological material should not be allowed to accumulate on the sensing surfaces.

pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen and other serviceable sensors should be inspected regularly and maintained according to their individual sensing technology. Calibration solutions should be replaced when contaminated or beyond their recommended storage period.

After field use, clean the probe, protect sensitive sensor surfaces and store the instrument and accessories in a dry carrying case. Periodic calibration and functional verification are recommended according to testing frequency and project requirements.
Project Cases Commercial Pig Farm Water Inspection: The analyzer can be used to compare well water, storage-tank water and downstream drinking-line water during routine farm inspections.

Poultry House Commissioning: Water-quality measurements can support inspection of a newly installed drinking-water and treatment system before birds are placed in the house.

Livestock Water Treatment Evaluation: Measurements before and after filtration or treatment can help operators observe changes in key water-quality indicators.

Multi-Farm Service Team: A portable analyzer allows technical personnel to perform standardized water testing at several livestock farms with one field instrument.

Agricultural Project Assessment: Engineering companies can use portable multi-parameter testing when evaluating wells, reservoirs or other proposed water sources for new livestock facilities.
