| Product Overview | The Portable Multi-Parameter Water Quality Meter is designed for rapid on-site evaluation of drinking water, livestock water supply systems, wells, storage tanks, reservoirs, aquaculture water and agricultural project water sources. By combining several water-quality measurements in one portable instrument, farm operators and engineering teams can reduce the need to carry multiple individual meters during routine inspection and commissioning work. Depending on the selected sensor configuration, the instrument can measure parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, oxidation-reduction potential, temperature, salinity and total dissolved solids. Additional parameters can be provided according to project requirements. The portable design is suitable for commercial pig farms, poultry farms, cattle operations, livestock engineering companies, agricultural contractors, distributors and project procurement teams requiring convenient field water-quality testing. |

Flexible Procurement: Meter, probes, cable length, carrying case, calibration solutions and accessories can be configured according to project requirements. |
| Structural Components | Handheld Meter: Main operating unit containing the display, controls, data-processing electronics and power supply. Multi-Parameter Probe Assembly: Supports one or more sensing elements according to the required water-quality parameters. pH / ORP Sensor: Used for acidity, alkalinity or oxidation-reduction measurements according to configuration. Conductivity / Temperature Sensor: Measures electrical conductivity and temperature and can support calculated parameters such as salinity or total dissolved solids where applicable. Dissolved Oxygen Sensor: Available for measuring oxygen concentration in livestock water, reservoirs and other water sources. Probe Cable: Connects the sensor assembly to the handheld instrument and is available in different lengths according to project requirements. Protective Sensor Guard: Helps reduce accidental contact with sensing elements during field use. Carrying Case and Accessories: Available for transportation, calibration and organized storage of the meter and probes. |
| Working Principle / Structural Principle | The selected sensors are immersed in the water sample or placed in a suitable sampling container. Each sensing element responds to a specific water-quality characteristic and converts the measurement into an electrical or digital signal. The handheld meter processes the sensor signals and displays the corresponding values. Compatible configurations can identify connected sensors automatically or allow the operator to select the required measurement channel. Temperature information can be used for compensation of selected electrochemical measurements where required. Calculated parameters such as salinity or total dissolved solids may be derived from conductivity and temperature measurements depending on the selected configuration. For reliable farm water inspection, the sensors should be properly calibrated, rinsed between samples and allowed to stabilize before readings are recorded. |

| Installation & Maintenance | The portable meter normally requires no permanent installation. Connect the required probe or multi-sensor assembly to the handheld instrument before field testing. Before measurement, inspect the probe surfaces and confirm that the required sensors have been calibrated using suitable standards. Rinse the sensors with clean water before moving between different sampling points. For livestock drinking-water inspection, collect representative samples from the water source, storage tank, treatment outlet or drinking-system supply point according to the objective of the test. Place the sensors in the sample with sufficient water around the active sensing surfaces. Avoid contact with the bottom or sides of the sampling container where this may interfere with measurement. Allow readings to stabilize before recording data. After testing, rinse the probes and store individual sensors according to their maintenance requirements. pH and other electrochemical sensors should not be allowed to dry when their storage instructions require a conditioning solution. Probe membranes, optical caps, reference solutions and other consumable components should be inspected and replaced according to usage frequency and sensor condition. |
| Project Cases | Commercial Pig Farm Water Inspection: A portable meter can be used to compare water quality at the main source, treatment room, storage tank and livestock-house supply points during routine maintenance. Poultry Drinking-Line Commissioning: Field measurements can support initial water-system inspection before birds enter the house and during periodic water-management checks. Groundwater Source Assessment: Farm engineering teams can use a multi-parameter meter to obtain rapid field measurements when evaluating well or borehole water for livestock projects. Farm Water Treatment Project: Measurements before and after treatment equipment can help operators compare operating conditions during commissioning and maintenance. Multi-Site Agricultural Project: Portable equipment can be transported between different farms, water sources and livestock buildings without requiring permanent instrumentation at every measurement location. |
