| Working Principle |
The burner ignites a controlled gas-air mixture and directs hot combustion gases through the radiant tube. As the tube reaches its operating temperature, its surface emits infrared radiation along the length of the heating system. Reflectors installed above the tube redirect radiant energy downward toward the poultry-house floor. Birds, litter and nearby equipment absorb this energy and subsequently release part of the stored heat to the surrounding environment. The elongated radiant surface produces a broad heating footprint, making it possible to maintain useful warmth around feeding and drinking areas while reducing dependence on heating the entire volume of house air. Depending on the selected system, the heater can operate with single-stage or staged firing and can be controlled through a dedicated thermostat or integrated poultry-house environmental controller. |
