| Product Overview |
The Single Jet Gas Brooder is a suspended poultry heating unit designed to provide concentrated radiant warmth during chick brooding and early-stage poultry rearing. A centrally located gas burner generates heat beneath a large reflector canopy, directing thermal energy toward birds, litter and the floor surface. The single-jet structure combines a straightforward burner arrangement with a durable reflector, gas-control assembly and thermostatic regulation. This simple construction supports dependable operation, convenient inspection and efficient cleaning in demanding commercial poultry-house environments. The brooder is suitable for broilers, breeders, pullets, turkeys and other floor-reared poultry. Fuel configuration, ignition method, canopy size, thermostat arrangement and zone-control options can be selected according to project requirements and local farm conditions. |

| Working Principle |
Fuel gas is supplied to the burner through the regulator and gas-control assembly. The burner mixes gas with combustion air and produces a concentrated heat source beneath the reflector canopy. Heat generated by the burner is directed downward and outward by the reflector. The floor, litter and birds absorb the radiant energy, creating a warm brooding zone without depending entirely on heating the full volume of house air. With a modulating thermostat, heat output can respond to changes in the brooding-zone temperature. Optional zone control allows several brooders to operate as a coordinated heating group. Direct spark ignition configurations provide electronic ignition and control, while other versions may use pilot-based ignition depending on the selected project specification. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: What is a single jet gas brooder? It is a suspended poultry heater using a concentrated gas burner and reflector canopy to create a radiant warm zone for young birds. Q2: What is the reference heating output? A professional single-jet poultry brooder configuration is rated at approximately 30,000 BTU/hr. Q3: Which canopy sizes are commonly available? Comparable professional single-jet brooders are available with approximately 34 in or 46 in reflector canopies. Q4: Is automatic temperature control available? Yes. Modulating thermostats, independent thermostats and zone-control configurations are available depending on the selected system. Q5: Is direct spark ignition available? Yes. Direct spark ignition can electronically ignite and control compatible single-jet brooders without a continuously operating standing pilot. Q6: Can several brooders operate as one heating zone? Yes. Compatible zone-control systems can regulate a group of brooders from one thermostat. Q7: Which poultry can use single jet brooders? They can be configured for broilers, breeders, pullets, turkeys, ducks and other floor-reared poultry. Q8: Can SHEWUYOU design the complete poultry heating layout? Yes. Brooder quantity, spacing, gas distribution, thermostat control, suspension arrangement and related climate equipment can be configured according to project requirements. |
