| Working Principle |
Prepared vaccine is connected to the liquid delivery circuit and supplied to the electronic dosing mechanism. When the sensor detects the required operating position, the system activates one dispensing cycle and forms a controlled vaccine droplet at the end of the nozzle. The droplet remains positioned at the nozzle while the operator carefully brings the chick's open eye into contact with it. After the vaccine is absorbed, the chick is removed and the next vaccination cycle can begin. Where an electronic counter is fitted, each completed cycle can be recorded automatically. A vaccine cooling arrangement can also be incorporated to help limit temperature increase during extended hatchery operation. |
