Product Name Automatic Chick Eye Drop Vaccinator
Product Image Automatic chick eye drop vaccination machine
Product Overview The Automatic Chick Eye Drop Vaccinator is designed for controlled ocular administration of compatible poultry vaccines to day-old chicks and other young birds. It combines an electric metering system, dispensing nozzle, chick positioning area and automatic counter in a compact workstation.

The equipment helps standardize individual-bird vaccination, reduce repetitive manual bottle handling and improve workflow in commercial hatcheries. Its controlled dispensing cycle produces a consistent drop while allowing the operator to confirm that the vaccine has entered the eye before releasing the chick.
Key Features
  • Automatic dispensing for repeatable ocular vaccine application.
  • Adjustable metering configuration for compatible vaccination protocols.
  • Electric operation with no external compressed-air supply required for standard models.
  • Integrated counter supports flock and batch recording.
  • Ergonomic chick positioning area for efficient one-operator use.
  • Visible drop formation supports administration checks.
  • Compact tabletop structure is easy to install in hatchery work areas.
  • Accessible liquid-contact parts simplify cleaning and replacement.
  • Reduces operator fatigue during repetitive vaccination work.
  • Voltage, nozzle, reservoir and accessories can be customized.
Structural Components
Main Housing Protective enclosure for the control and dispensing mechanisms.
Vaccine Reservoir Holds the prepared vaccine during the working cycle.
Metering Pump Transfers a controlled liquid volume during each cycle.
Dropper Nozzle Forms and releases the vaccine drop above the chick’s eye.
Chick Positioning Area Provides a controlled working position for accurate application.
Activation Control Initiates the dispensing cycle after correct chick positioning.
Electronic Counter Records completed dispensing cycles for batch monitoring.
Tubing and Connectors Carry vaccine from the reservoir to the dispensing nozzle.
Working Principle Prepared vaccine is placed in the designated reservoir and the liquid circuit is primed. The operator gently positions the chick so that one open eye is aligned below the dropper nozzle.

Activating the machine starts one metered dispensing cycle. A controlled drop forms at the nozzle and falls freely into the eye without the nozzle touching the bird. The operator confirms that the drop covers the eye and allows the chick to blink before release. The counter then records the completed cycle.
