| Product Overview |
The Mini Chick Waterer is a compact poultry drinking unit designed for baby chicks, turkey poults and other young poultry during brooding and early rearing. Its shallow drinking bowl provides easy water access while helping reduce the risk associated with excessively deep open-water containers. The product can be configured as a compact automatic waterer connected to a regulated water supply or as a small reservoir-type chick drinker according to project requirements. Automatic versions use a mechanical valve to maintain the required water level without repeated manual filling. The low-profile structure is particularly suitable for day-old poultry because birds can locate and reach the water easily. Heavy-duty plastic construction provides corrosion resistance, simple cleaning and practical daily use in hatcheries, brooding houses and commercial poultry facilities. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
In an automatic configuration, the Mini Chick Waterer is connected to a suitable poultry water supply. The internal valve allows water to enter the shallow bowl and maintains the designed operating level as chicks consume water. As the water level falls, the mechanical valve admits additional water. Once the normal operating level is restored, the valve limits further flow. This provides a continuous supply without requiring workers to refill individual drinkers manually. Gravity-reservoir versions operate without a pressurized pipe connection. Water stored in the reservoir is released into the drinking channel as the level decreases, using gravity and atmospheric pressure to control refill. |

| Applications |
The Mini Chick Waterer is especially useful during the first stage of poultry production when small birds require shallow, clearly visible and easily accessible drinking points. In commercial houses, mini drinkers can supplement automatic nipple lines during chick placement or serve as dedicated brooding waterers where an open shallow bowl is preferred. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Placement: Position mini waterers evenly around the brooding area where chicks can locate them quickly after placement. Stable Surface: Keep the bowl level to maintain consistent water depth around the entire drinking edge. Water Connection: For automatic versions, connect the inlet to a compatible pipe or hose and ensure the supply pressure is within the operating range of the selected valve. Initial Inspection: Confirm that the valve opens and closes correctly and that the water level remains shallow and stable before chicks are placed. Daily Cleaning: Remove feed particles, litter and organic contamination from the drinking bowl frequently. Water Quality: Use clean poultry drinking water and appropriate filtration where required. Valve Maintenance: Inspect the valve stem, seals and connection fittings regularly for leakage, deposits or restricted movement. Between Flocks: Thoroughly wash, disinfect and rinse all components before the next production cycle. |

| Project Cases |
In commercial broiler brooding areas, multiple mini chick waterers can be placed between starter feeder trays to provide additional water access immediately after placement. In turkey poult houses, shallow automatic drinking bowls can provide an easily accessible water source during early rearing before birds transition to larger drinking equipment. For new steel structure poultry projects, automatic mini waterers can be connected to dedicated low-level water distribution lines or incorporated into starter-equipment packages according to the farm design. |
