The Broiler Chick Drinker System is an automatic nipple watering line designed to provide reliable drinking-water access from day-old chick placement through the complete broiler grow-out cycle. Working Principle / Structural Principle

Filtered water enters the system through a pressure regulator that reduces and stabilizes the supply pressure before water enters the square drinking pipe.

When a chick touches the nipple trigger pin, the internal valve opens and releases water. The low trigger force and side-action capability help young birds activate the nipple during the first days after placement.

The internal metering design responds to how strongly the nipple is activated. Young chicks receive smaller quantities of water, while older broilers naturally apply more upward force and receive increased flow as their water demand rises.

The regulator controls the water column inside the drinking line. A transparent standpipe with a float ball provides a visual reference for pressure adjustment. Installation & Maintenance
