| Product Overview |
The Inverted Bottle Chick Drinker is a compact gravity-fed poultry waterer designed for baby chicks, small birds and early-stage poultry rearing. An inverted reservoir supplies water automatically to the circular drinking channel as birds consume water. The simple two-piece structure requires no electricity, pressure regulator or complex pipeline connection. Depending on the selected configuration, the reservoir can be manufactured from transparent plastic or supplied as a compatible jar, while the drinking base can be produced from durable plastic or galvanized steel. |

| Working Principle |
The reservoir is filled with clean drinking water, connected securely to the base and then inverted. Water flows from the reservoir into the circular trough until the outlet becomes submerged. Atmospheric pressure and the partial vacuum inside the inverted reservoir prevent continuous uncontrolled discharge. As chicks drink and the trough level falls below the outlet, a small amount of air enters the reservoir and additional water is released until the operating level is restored. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Fill the reservoir with clean drinking water, attach the base securely and invert the assembled drinker. Place it on a stable and level surface so water remains evenly distributed around the circular trough. For very young chicks, position the drinking rim at an easily accessible height. As birds grow, the unit can be placed on a suitable stable stand to help reduce litter, bedding and manure entering the drinking channel. Clean the reservoir and tray regularly with farm-approved sanitation procedures. Check the connection surfaces and gravity outlet for dirt, mineral deposits or damage that could interfere with the vacuum seal or water flow. |

| Product FAQ |
Q: How does an inverted bottle chick drinker work? A: Water is released from the inverted reservoir by gravity as the drinking level falls. The vacuum formed inside the reservoir prevents continuous overflow. Q: Is electricity required? A: No. The drinker operates entirely through gravity and atmospheric pressure. Q: Is this product suitable for day-old chicks? A: Yes. Small gravity waterers are commonly used for baby chicks and small poultry when the drinking channel is positioned at an appropriate height. Q: Can the reservoir be removed for cleaning? A: Yes. The reservoir separates from the drinking base for filling, washing and sanitation. Q: Are different capacities available? A: Yes. Reservoir volume and base configuration can be customized according to project requirements. Q: Can it be supplied for distributors and large poultry projects? A: Yes. Packaging, order quantity, material configuration and product specifications can be arranged for agricultural distributors, poultry equipment suppliers and project procurement. |
