| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
The trough is connected to the farm water supply through a compatible inlet line. The float mechanism moves with the water level inside the trough. When cattle drink and the water level drops, the float moves downward and opens the inlet valve. Fresh water flows into the trough until the selected operating level is reached. The rising float then closes the valve automatically. This simple mechanical principle provides automatic replenishment without electrical control.
