| Product Overview |
The Cordless Butane Calf Dehorner is a portable thermal disbudding tool designed for young calves where access to mains electricity is limited or inconvenient. An integrated refillable butane reservoir eliminates external cables, hoses and separate gas cylinders, allowing operators to work efficiently in calf hutches, livestock handling areas, barns and field locations. The compact stainless-steel working head combines strong heat retention with a replaceable burning-tip system. A dual ignition arrangement provides both click-to-ignite and manual ignition capability, while the refillable fuel system supports repeated farm use without disposable fuel cartridges. |

| Working Principle |
Filtered butane fuel stored inside the handle is released into the burner assembly and ignited. The combustion system transfers heat to the replaceable circular burning tip until the required operating temperature is reached. During thermal disbudding, trained personnel position the heated ring around the horn bud to cauterize the horn-producing tissue. Correct animal restraint, appropriate pain management and compliance with applicable veterinary and animal-welfare regulations are essential parts of the operating procedure. |
