| Product Overview |
The Bell Drinker Suspension System is designed to hang poultry bell drinkers securely from the roof structure or dedicated support system of a poultry house. It provides convenient height adjustment so drinking equipment can be positioned according to bird age, body size and management requirements. The system can include suspension cords, cord adjusters, hooks, pulleys, cable supports and related fastening hardware. For larger commercial poultry projects, manual or powered lifting arrangements can also be incorporated to simplify drinker positioning, house cleaning and flock changeover. |

| Structural Principle |
Each bell drinker is suspended from an overhead structural fixing point by a cord or cable. A height adjuster between the support point and the drinker allows the operating height to be changed as required. For centralized lifting configurations, suspension cords can be routed through guide pulleys to a manual or electric winch. Operating the winch raises or lowers the suspended drinking equipment, improving access during daily management and poultry house cleaning. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Before installation, confirm that the poultry house roof truss, steel beam or other structural support is suitable for the suspended equipment. Install ceiling hooks or brackets at the required positions and attach the suspension cords securely. Connect each suspension cord to the bell drinker hanger and use the cord adjuster to set the required height. The drinker should hang vertically without excessive side loading from the water hose. Where a pulley and winch system is used, align all pulleys with the lifting direction and ensure that the cable moves freely without rubbing against structural components. Routine inspection should include suspension cords, hooks, pulleys, winches, cable clamps and structural fixing points. Worn or damaged components should be replaced before the next production cycle. |

| Product FAQ |
Q: Why should bell drinkers be suspended? A: Suspension allows the drinker height to be adjusted as birds grow and helps reduce litter contamination around the drinking area. Q: Can individual bell drinkers be adjusted separately? A: Yes. Cord adjusters allow individual drinkers to be raised, lowered and levelled independently. Q: Can several bell drinkers be lifted at the same time? A: Yes. A centralized cable and pulley arrangement with a suitable winch can be designed according to the number of drinkers and project layout. Q: Is an electric winch available? A: Yes. Manual and electric lifting configurations are available according to project requirements. Q: Can the system be installed in steel structure poultry houses? A: Yes. Hooks, brackets and winch supports can be selected according to suitable steel beams, roof trusses and other structural fixing points. Q: Can the suspension hardware be supplied separately? A: Yes. Cords, adjusters, hooks, pulleys, cable clamps and other components can be supplied according to project requirements. |
