| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
The bell drinker is connected to the poultry-house water supply through a flexible hose. Water passes into the mechanical regulating mechanism and then enters the circular drinking trough. As birds consume water, the balance of the drinker mechanism changes and the valve admits additional water. When the preset water level is restored, the valve restricts further flow. The integrated water-level adjustment mechanism allows the operating level to be modified according to bird age and management requirements. The ballast bottle beneath the drinking body adds stability while operating independently from the main bell and valve mechanism. The complete unit is suspended from an overhead support. As birds grow, the suspension height can be adjusted so the drinking rim remains at an appropriate level for comfortable access and reduced litter contamination. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Drinker Layout: Distribute drinkers evenly according to flock population, house dimensions and bird access requirements. Water Supply: Connect the drinker to a clean, correctly regulated poultry-house water source through suitable flexible tubing. Suspension: Hang the drinker vertically from a secure overhead support and ensure the suspension system can be adjusted easily. Initial Height: Position the drinking rim at an appropriate height for newly placed birds and raise it progressively as the flock grows. Water-Level Adjustment: Set the mechanical regulator so the trough contains sufficient drinking water without unnecessary overflow. Ballast: Install and fill the ballast component according to system requirements to improve drinker stability. Routine Cleaning: Remove feed, litter and organic material from the open drinking trough regularly.
