The reference S522 configuration uses a solid polypropylene bowl with a 3 L capacity, a G 1/2" water connection and a removable drain plug for convenient cleaning. Water can be connected from either the left or right side, providing greater flexibility when planning livestock-house pipework. Its compact wall-mounted structure is suitable for commercial sheep farms, goat housing, breeding facilities and steel structure livestock buildings. The automatic sheep drinker is connected to a pressurized livestock water supply. As animals drink, the water level inside the bowl falls and the float moves downward. This movement opens the inlet valve and allows fresh water to enter the bowl. When the required water level is restored, the float rises and closes the valve. This cycle repeats automatically according to animal water consumption, providing continuous water availability without manual filling. The float system is particularly useful for livestock that benefit from drinking from an open water surface. The bowl can be drained through the lower plug during routine sanitation. |
