| Product Overview | The Inline Spray & Gel Vaccination System is an automatic hatchery vaccination solution designed for day-old chicks. It combines spray vaccination and gel application within one integrated processing station. The equipment uses two independent application circuits, allowing spray and gel products to be controlled separately according to the vaccination program. Flat-nozzle spray technology improves coverage across the chick crate, while the gel dosing system provides consistent droplet size and even distribution. Its free-standing structure can be integrated with compatible hatchery conveyors, making it suitable for new chick-processing lines as well as modernization of existing commercial hatcheries. |
| Key Features | Dual Independent Application Systems: Spray and gel circuits operate independently for flexible hatchery vaccination programs. Combined Spray and Gel Processing: Two application methods can be incorporated into a single chick-processing station. Flat-Nozzle Spray Technology: Flat spray patterns are designed to improve coverage across standard chick crates. Precise Gel Dosing: Controlled gel delivery promotes consistent droplet size and uniform distribution. Inline Conveyor Integration: Free-standing construction can be adapted to compatible hatchery conveyor layouts. Continuous Equipment Monitoring: Operating conditions can be observed during production for improved process control. Cleaning In Place: Integrated CIP functionality supports routine hygiene and sanitation procedures. Maintenance-Friendly Structure: Adjustable nozzle holders and accessible service components simplify routine inspection and cleaning. |

| Working Principle | Chick crates travel through the vaccination station on a compatible hatchery conveyor. As a crate enters the treatment area, the spray circuit applies the programmed liquid vaccine through flat-pattern nozzles positioned above the chicks. The independent gel circuit dispenses measured gel droplets through a separate distribution system. The spray and gel circuits can be configured according to the required hatchery vaccination protocol. After application, the chick crate continues to the next processing stage without requiring a separate manual vaccination station. |

| Customization Options | SHEWUYOU can configure the Inline Spray & Gel Vaccination System according to hatchery conveyor dimensions, chick crate size, required application method and production workflow. Customization options can include conveyor interface dimensions, equipment height, nozzle arrangement, gel distribution configuration, electrical specification, supply tubing and installation accessories. Final configuration can be designed according to project requirements and existing hatchery processing equipment. |
| Installation & Maintenance | Position the vaccination system beside the hatchery conveyor and align the application frame with the chick-crate travel path. Before production, verify nozzle position, spray pattern, gel distribution, dosing settings and conveyor clearance. Vaccine-contact components should be prepared and operated according to veterinary product instructions and the hatchery vaccination protocol. After production, the Cleaning In Place system can support flushing of the relevant circuits. Nozzles, tubing, dosing components and exposed surfaces should also be inspected and cleaned according to the hatchery sanitation program. |
| Project Cases | Inline spray and gel vaccination systems are suitable for commercial hatcheries seeking to combine multiple day-old chick treatment processes within a continuous conveyor workflow. The system can be incorporated into new hatchery automation projects or adapted to compatible existing conveyor lines. Project engineering typically considers chick-crate dimensions, conveyor height, line speed, available installation space, sanitation requirements and downstream chick handling equipment. |
