The sheep enters the turnover crate from the handling race. Before operation, the height and width of the restraint assembly are adjusted to match the size of the animal. Once the sheep is positioned correctly, the adjustable restraint components secure the body and prevent excessive movement. The operator then releases the turnover mechanism and rotates the crate around its pivot system. The balanced rotating structure allows the animal to turn with relatively little operator force. At the working position, the sheep's feet face the operator, providing clear access for hoof trimming, treatment and inspection. The entrance and exit should align with the normal direction of livestock movement. Sufficient clearance should be maintained around the rotating side so the equipment can complete its turnover movement safely. Before each handling session, adjust the restraint width and height according to the animal group.
