The Single Pig Water Cup with Pipe is a complete mounting assembly designed for nursery and finishing pig watering systems. It combines a welded stainless steel drinking cup, vertical water-supply pipe and mounting brackets for convenient installation on pig penning.

The bowl retains a small amount of drinking water around the nipple area, helping pigs locate water easily while reducing spray and runoff compared with an exposed nipple. Its stainless steel construction is suitable for intensive commercial pig-house environments.

Water enters through the upper connection of the vertical pipe and flows to a compatible nipple installed inside the drinking cup. When the pig activates the nipple, fresh water is released directly into the cup.

The bowl captures part of the released water, allowing the pig to drink from both the nipple and the retained water while reducing spray and excessive drainage onto the floor.

Installation:

• Select the nursery or finishing configuration according to pig size.
• Secure the pipe to compatible penning using the mounting bracket kit.
• Mount the drinking cup at an appropriate height for the target pig group.

• Install a compatible nipple inside the cup where required.
• Flush the line and verify water flow and valve shutoff before use.
