| Product Overview |
The Piglet Stainless Steel Drinking Bowl is specially designed to give young piglets easy access to fresh drinking water in commercial farrowing houses. Its compact bowl and sensitive drinking nipple are adapted to the small size and drinking behavior of piglets. The nipple can be positioned close to the bottom of the bowl, allowing piglets to activate it with light pressure. Rounded stainless steel surfaces minimize blind corners, improve hygiene and simplify cleaning between production batches. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
A piglet places its snout inside the bowl and applies light pressure to the nipple stem. The valve opens and releases fresh water into the lower part of the bowl. When the piglet releases the nipple, the valve closes automatically. Positioning the nipple close to the bowl bottom helps young animals find and activate the water source while limiting unnecessary discharge. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: What age group is this drinking bowl designed for? It is designed primarily for young piglets in farrowing pens and other early-life drinking applications. Q2: Why is the nipple adjustable? The nipple can be positioned closer to the bowl bottom, making it easier for small piglets to activate while helping reduce unnecessary water loss. Q3: Why use a drinking bowl instead of an exposed nipple? The bowl provides a visible and accessible drinking area for young piglets and captures part of the water released during drinking. Q4: Are short- and long-pipe versions available? Yes. The reference range includes a short-pipe version and a long-pipe version for different installation layouts. Q5: Is the bowl easy to clean? Yes. The stainless steel bowl uses rounded surfaces without deep blind corners, helping simplify routine washing and sanitation. Q6: Can the bowl be connected to an existing farrowing-house water system? Yes. Suitable pipes, hoses, fittings and mounting components can be selected for new or existing water-supply layouts. Q7: What information is required for a quotation? Please provide the required quantity, piglet production system, preferred pipe length, water pressure, mounting structure, water-line arrangement and project location. |
