| Product Overview |
The Stainless Steel Pig Drinking Bowl Series provides controlled access to fresh water for different stages of commercial pig production, including weaners, finishers, wean-to-finish pigs and sows. The rounded bowl profile minimizes hard-to-clean corners, while the protected upper section helps reduce manure contamination. An adjustable nipple valve positioned low in the bowl releases water when activated by the pig, helping reduce unnecessary water loss and slurry volume. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
The pig places its snout inside the bowl and activates the nipple valve. Water is released directly into the lower drinking area where the pig can consume it immediately. When the pig stops activating the valve, water delivery stops. The bowl surrounds the drinking point and captures part of the splashed water, helping improve water utilization compared with an exposed nipple installation. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: Which pig categories can use these drinking bowls? The series includes configurations for weaners, finishers, wean-to-finish pigs and sows. Q2: Why use a bowl instead of an exposed nipple drinker? The bowl provides a protected drinking area and captures part of the water released during drinking, helping reduce water waste and wet flooring. Q3: Can the nipple flow be adjusted? Yes. Adjustable nipple configurations allow water delivery to be matched to pig size, water pressure and farm requirements. Q4: What water pressure is recommended? For the reference configurations, pressure at the nipple should not exceed 2.5 bar. Final settings should follow the selected valve specification. Q5: Are different bowl sizes available? Yes. Mini, Standard, Multi, Maxi and round bowl configurations can be selected according to production stage. Q6: Can the bowls be installed on existing pig pens? Yes. Suitable brackets and pipe arrangements can be supplied for walls, pen panels, grille structures and renovation projects. Q7: What information is required for a quotation? Please provide pig category, pigs per pen, required quantity, water pressure, preferred bowl size, mounting structure and project location. |
