Key Features
  • 5–40 kW Heating Range: Multiple heating capacities are available for different livestock-house sizes and heating requirements.
  • Automatic Temperature Control: Integrated controller supports automatic temperature maintenance and reduces unnecessary manual adjustment.
  • Rapid Warm-Air Delivery: Electric heating and forced airflow work together for fast temperature rise and wide-area heat distribution.
  • Long Air Throw: High-volume fan design helps deliver heated air deeper into livestock buildings.
  • Noise-Reduction Design: Multi-layer noise-control structure supports smoother operation in agricultural environments.
  • Pure Copper Motor: Copper motor construction provides stable operation for continuous air circulation.
  • Durable Metal Housing: Galvanized and powder-coated construction provides practical protection for routine farm use.
  • No Fuel Combustion at the Heater: Electric heating avoids direct combustion inside the unit and does not require diesel or gas storage for normal operation.
Working Principle Electrical energy is converted into heat by the internal heating elements. The fan draws surrounding air through the heater, transfers heat to the airflow and then delivers the warmed air through the outlet into the livestock building.

The temperature controller monitors the operating condition and regulates heating according to the selected temperature setting. Continuous air circulation helps distribute heat more evenly throughout the target area.

Installation & Maintenance
  • Select the heater capacity according to building volume, insulation level, outdoor temperature and target indoor temperature.
  • Confirm that the farm electrical supply, cable size, breaker and protective devices are suitable for the selected heater capacity.
  • Place the heater on a stable surface with sufficient clearance around the air inlet and hot-air outlet.
  • Keep bedding, feed bags, curtains, plastics and other combustible materials away from the hot-air outlet.
  • Protect the heater from direct water spray, washing equipment and excessive moisture unless the supplied model is specifically rated for such exposure.
  • Do not block the inlet or outlet because restricted airflow may cause overheating.
  • Remove accumulated dust from the fan guard, air passages and heater surfaces regularly.
  • Inspect wiring, terminals, controller, motor and heating components periodically.
  • Disconnect and lock out electrical power before cleaning, inspection or maintenance.
  • Have electrical installation and servicing performed by qualified personnel according to local regulations.
Product FAQ

Q: What heating capacities are available?
A: The current product specification lists electric heating capacities from 5 kW to 40 kW.

Q: Does the heater control temperature automatically?
A: Yes. The unit is designed with automatic thermostatic control for maintaining the selected temperature.

Q: What material is used for the housing?
A: The heater uses a galvanized steel housing with a powder-coated surface finish.

Q: What type of motor is installed?
A: The current specification lists a pure copper motor.

Q: Is it suitable for pig houses?
A: Yes. It can be used for supplemental heating in pig houses, including farrowing, nursery and other livestock production areas when correctly sized and installed.

Q: Does an electric heater consume oxygen through combustion?
A: No. Electric heating does not use an on-board combustion process, so it does not consume oxygen or generate combustion exhaust gases at the heater.

Q: Can one heater cover any livestock-house size?
A: No. Required heating capacity depends on building dimensions, insulation, ventilation rate, outdoor climate and target temperature.

Q: What electrical supply is required?
A: The current page lists 220 V / 50 Hz, but the final electrical configuration should be confirmed according to the selected 5–40 kW heating capacity and the project's available power supply.
