1. Prepare a clean, stable and reasonably level installation surface at the designated biosecurity entrance.
2. Position the entrance, center and exit sections according to the planned personnel circulation route.
3. Connect adjacent modules using the supplied joining method to maintain alignment during routine traffic.
4. Install the absorbent inserts securely inside the base wells.
5. Prepare and add the disinfectant solution strictly according to the disinfectant manufacturer's instructions.
6. Remove excessive mud, manure and organic contamination from footwear before entering the disinfectant zone.
7. Inspect the inserts and base regularly for contamination, damage, deformation or liquid leakage.
8. Flush and rinse the insert and base with clean water at suitable maintenance intervals and allow the insert to drain and dry before reuse when required.
9. Replace contaminated, worn or degraded inserts according to the farm's sanitation and biosecurity management plan.
