| Product Overview |
The Breeder Controlled Feeding Pan is designed for precise ration management in broiler breeder rearing and production houses. Its multi-position grill provides organized feeding spaces around the complete pan circumference, helping birds receive feed simultaneously while supporting flock uniformity. The pan can be integrated with automatic auger or high-capacity chain feeding systems. During controlled or restricted feeding, rapid feed distribution is especially important because all birds should have access to the ration at approximately the same time. Female-only grill configurations, adjustable feeding-window width and height, feed-level control and integrated volume-reduction options can be supplied according to breeder strain and farm management requirements. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Feed is conveyed through the breeder feeding line and discharged through the central inlet into each pan. The internal cone and sectional pan structure distribute the ration around the complete feeding circumference. For restricted breeder feeding, the conveying system is designed to deliver feed rapidly throughout the line so individual pans become available at approximately the same time. This helps reduce excessive competition and supports consistent feed intake across the flock. The volume reducer limits the quantity stored in each pan, while the feed-level adjustment controls the depth of feed presented to the birds. Adjustable female-only openings can further separate female and male feeding programs. |

| Applications |
The controlled feeding pan is particularly suited to breeder operations where flock uniformity depends on rapid and equal access to limited feed quantities. For complete poultry projects, feeder pans can be integrated with silos, feed weighing equipment, auger or chain conveyors, nipple drinking systems, breeder nests, lighting, ventilation and environmental controls. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Feeder Layout: Calculate pan quantity and spacing according to breeder population, available feeding positions and poultry house dimensions. Feed Line Assembly: Install the auger pipe or chain conveyor and connect each breeder pan using compatible adapters. Grill Adjustment: Set the feeding-window width and height according to breeder body size and separate-sex feeding requirements. Feed Level Setting: Adjust the feed cone and volume-control components according to the allocated ration. Line Height: Set the suspended line at a comfortable feeding height while maintaining clear bird movement beneath the equipment when raised. Distribution Test: Operate the system and confirm that all pans fill quickly and consistently before placing birds into production. Routine Cleaning: Open or remove the pan bottom and thoroughly wash feed-contact surfaces between flocks. Regular Inspection: Check grills, adjustment mechanisms, feed reducers, pan locks, adapters and suspension components for wear. |

| Project Cases |
Breeder controlled feeding pans are suitable for commercial parent-stock farms where uniform body development and controlled daily rationing are central management objectives. Female-only pan systems can be combined with separate male feeding lines, allowing hens and roosters to receive different feed quantities or formulations within the same breeder house. For large steel structure poultry projects, pan quantity, conveying capacity, suspension layout, feed storage and automatic controls can be planned as one integrated feeding system. |
