| Working Principle / Structural Principle | The centrifuge separates components of liquid samples according to density by applying centrifugal force. Compatible microtubes are positioned in the rotor and arranged in a balanced configuration before centrifugation. When the brushless motor rotates the rotor at the selected speed, centrifugal force causes denser components of the sample to migrate away from the rotational axis while lighter fractions remain closer to the center. Following completion of the centrifugation cycle, the separated sample can be transferred to the next stage of the laboratory workflow. The selected WTL-4K, WTL-6K or WTL-10K configuration determines the maximum rotational speed and corresponding centrifugal force. This allows the equipment to be selected according to the requirements of the intended sample preparation procedure. | Installation & Maintenance | The centrifuge is designed for simple benchtop installation and does not require permanent mechanical installation. Position the unit on a stable, level and clean laboratory work surface with adequate clearance around the equipment. Before operation, verify that the rotor and tube holders are correctly installed. Microtubes should be distributed symmetrically and balanced before centrifugation. Only compatible tubes and accessories should be used with the selected rotor configuration. Keep the transparent lid closed while the rotor is operating and wait until rotation has completely stopped before opening the lid. Do not exceed the specified speed, RCF or sample capacity of the selected model. Routine maintenance includes cleaning the external housing, rotor and tube holders and inspecting the lid, rotor and sample-contact surfaces for contamination or damage. Biological spills should be handled according to the laboratory's established biosafety and disinfection procedures. The brushless motor is designed for long service life and reduced routine motor maintenance.
