Product Overview The Multifunction Veterinary Centrifuge is a versatile benchtop centrifugation solution designed for veterinary laboratories and animal health testing environments. It is intended to handle a broad range of sample formats within one equipment platform, helping laboratories simplify routine sample preparation.

The multifunction configuration supports microhematocrit, microtube, blood chemistry, urine, fecal and other veterinary sample workflows. A horizontal swing-out rotor design provides flexible tube positioning and supports horizontally separated samples, while adapters allow different collection tube sizes to be accommodated.

Working Principle / Structural Principle The centrifuge separates components within biological samples according to density by applying controlled centrifugal force. Samples are loaded into compatible carriers and adapters and distributed evenly around the rotor before the centrifugation cycle begins.

The swing-out horizontal rotor allows supported sample containers to move into a horizontal position during rotation. This configuration can provide horizontally separated sample layers and is suitable for a variety of veterinary laboratory procedures.

The digital control system allows the operator to select or program the required RPM, RCF, centrifugation time and braking parameters. Validated laboratory protocols can therefore be reproduced using programmed operating cycles.

For microhematocrit procedures, compatible capillary tubes can be processed using the designated inserts. Other sample containers can be accommodated using the corresponding adapters according to the laboratory method and rotor configuration.

Customization Options The Multifunction Veterinary Centrifuge can be configured around the sample types, tube dimensions, laboratory throughput and operating conditions required by the project.

Possible configuration considerations include rotor and carrier arrangements, microhematocrit capacity, microtube adapters, 15 mL and 50 mL tube adapters, large-volume tube holders, electrical configuration, operating programs and accessory packages.

For commercial pig farms, livestock groups and agricultural engineering contractors, the centrifuge can be incorporated into veterinary laboratory planning together with laboratory benches, electrical services, sample reception areas, testing zones and biosecurity workflow.

Project configuration is Customizable, According to project requirements, and Available upon request.
Installation & Maintenance The centrifuge is designed for straightforward benchtop installation and does not require permanent mechanical installation. Place it on a stable, level laboratory work surface with sufficient clearance for lid movement, ventilation and routine service.

Before each run, confirm that the rotor, buckets and adapters are correctly installed. Sample containers must be compatible with the selected carrier and distributed evenly to maintain rotor balance. Operating speed and sample capacity must remain within the applicable specifications.

The clear shatterproof lid and reinforced guard bowl provide a protected centrifugation enclosure. The lid should remain closed throughout operation and should not be opened until the rotor has completely stopped.

Routine maintenance includes inspection and cleaning of the centrifugation chamber, rotor, carriers, adapters and lid. Biological spills should be handled according to the laboratory's established biosafety and decontamination procedures.

The brushless motor is designed to minimize routine motor maintenance. Calibration and periodic inspection should be performed according to the manufacturer's recommendations and the laboratory quality management system.
Project Cases The Multifunction Veterinary Centrifuge is suitable for international procurement projects involving commercial pig farms, integrated livestock production groups, veterinary clinics, animal health laboratories, diagnostic service providers and agricultural engineering companies.

For large-scale swine production facilities, the centrifuge can be incorporated into an on-site veterinary laboratory to support routine blood chemistry, urine, fecal and microhematocrit sample preparation. Multiple units can be deployed across different laboratory workstations according to sample volume and workflow.

For centralized livestock diagnostic laboratories, its broad tube compatibility allows different sample formats to be handled within one centrifugation platform, reducing equipment duplication and simplifying laboratory equipment planning.

For new livestock facility construction projects, centrifuge requirements can be coordinated with laboratory benching, electrical infrastructure, sample flow, equipment zoning and biosecurity planning. Equipment quantities, accessories and project configurations are Available upon request.
