| Product Overview | The Inclined Manure Booster Conveyor is the transfer and elevation stage of a farm manure handling line. It receives collected manure from an upstream belt or cross conveyor and carries it to a specified discharge point, such as a storage building, skip, container or truck. The conveyor route can be planned around the livestock house, steel structure building openings and available vehicle access. For pig farm projects, the manure consistency and upstream separation method should be reviewed before selecting a belt conveyor. |
| Key Features |
|
| Structural Components | A typical project design comprises a conveyor belt, drive and return assemblies, support frame, inlet transfer area and elevated discharge section. Belt tracking provisions, side containment, covers, scraper arrangements and protective guards can be specified according to material behavior, installation conditions and maintenance access. Final component selection is confirmed during engineering. |
| Working Principle | An upstream manure conveyor deposits material at the booster conveyor inlet. The driven belt transports it along the inclined route and releases it at the designed discharge point. Transfer position, belt selection and incline are matched to the manure condition and the receiving equipment to limit spillage and support reliable flow. |
| Technical Specifications |
|
| Applications | Suitable for manure transfer from poultry houses to outdoor collection points, storage sheds, containers or trucks. It may also be considered for commercial pig farm construction where the waste stream is sufficiently solid or separated for belt transport. Suitability for wet slurry or mixed bedding must be assessed from the actual material and system layout. |
| Customization Options | The inlet position, conveyor route, discharge height, support layout and interface with existing manure handling equipment can be customized. Project drawings can account for barn wall penetrations, steel columns, service corridors, vehicle clearance and the location of the receiving container or storage area. |
| Installation & Maintenance | Confirm the inlet and discharge elevations, foundation or support points, electrical supply and access for cleaning before installation. During operation, inspect belt tracking and tension, clean material buildup at transfer points, and check drive components and guards in accordance with the supplied equipment instructions. |
