| Product Name | Single Manure Belt System Under Slatted Floors |

| Product Overview |
The Single Manure Belt System collects manure beneath a slatted floor and removes it at planned intervals. Unlike an endless-loop conveyor, its belt winds onto a driven roll during discharge and is then pulled back into its working position. The low-profile arrangement is particularly suited to poultry breeder housing, where slat access, regular manure removal and cleaning between flocks are important design considerations. |
| Key Features |
|
| Structural Components |
A project configuration typically includes the manure belt, support and guide structure, drive roll and motorized drive, belt return mechanism, discharge scrapers, tensioning components, and control equipment. A floor recess and space for the roll-up assembly must be considered at the end of the system. The cross conveyor and optional aeration equipment are specified separately where required. |
| Working Principle |
Manure falls through the slats onto the belt. At the scheduled removal time, the drive winds up the belt while scrapers direct manure to the discharge conveyor or collection point. A return mechanism then draws the belt back beneath the slats for the next collection cycle. When the house is empty, the belt can be withdrawn to provide access to the underlying floor. |
| Technical Specifications |
Final specifications should be confirmed against the approved building layout, slatted-floor dimensions and expected manure load. |
| Applications |
The reference roll-up configuration is intended primarily for poultry breeder houses with slatted areas. For a commercial pig farm, an under-slat belt requires a separate engineering assessment of slurry volume, urine and wash-water drainage, belt loading, corrosion exposure, cleaning access and biosecurity procedures. It should not be specified for pig housing solely from poultry-house dimensions or performance data. |
| Customization Options |
Belt layout, support frame, drive location, return arrangement, discharge direction, controls and connection to downstream manure transport can be planned around the building. For new steel structure livestock buildings, coordinate equipment supports, floor recesses, slatted-floor framing and service access before construction drawings are finalized. |
| Installation & Maintenance |
Confirm floor levels, the roll-up recess, support alignment, electrical supply and the receiving conveyor before installation. Allow access to the drive, return mechanism and scraper assembly. Routine checks should cover belt tracking and tension, scraper wear, fasteners, drive components and accumulated material at the discharge point. Follow the supplied operation and maintenance instructions for the final configuration. |
