| Working Principle | Liquid and solid feed ingredients are prepared in the mixing system to form a pumpable feed mixture. A feed pump transports the prepared ration through the distribution pipeline. When a programmed feeding point is activated, the central controller sends an electrical signal to the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve switches the compressed-air circuit, causing the pneumatic actuator to open the feed valve. Liquid feed is then discharged through the selected outlet into the corresponding trough. Once the programmed feed quantity or feeding sequence has been completed, the controller changes the signal, the pneumatic actuator returns the valve to the closed position and feed distribution to that outlet stops. This operating principle allows multiple feed valves to be controlled individually within one automatic liquid feeding system. |
