| Working Principle |
The manure removal system places collection belts directly beneath the cage floors. Poultry manure falls through the cage floor and is collected by the belt. Collection: Manure drops onto the belt positioned beneath each cage tier. Conveying: A motor-driven roller moves the belt along the cage row toward the discharge end. Cleaning: A scraper can remove residual manure from the belt surface. Discharge: Collected manure can be transferred outside the poultry house through a cross conveyor or inclined conveyor according to the farm layout. |
