| Product Overview |
The Multi-Tier Layer Cage System is designed for intensive commercial egg production where efficient use of building space, organized flock management and automation are important. Its vertical cage arrangement makes effective use of available poultry-house floor area and building height. The system can be configured with automatic feeding, nipple drinking, egg collection and manure removal equipment. These subsystems help reduce repetitive manual work and improve the efficiency of daily farm operations. The modular configuration is suitable for new poultry farm construction, closed-house layer projects, steel structure poultry buildings, farm expansion and modernization. Cage dimensions, tier configuration, bird capacity and automation level can be designed according to project requirements. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
The system uses a vertical multi-tier arrangement to house laying hens at different levels. The supporting frame carries the cage modules and associated equipment while maintaining service aisles between cage rows. Feeding: Feed is transported along the cage rows through the selected feeding equipment and distributed to the feed troughs. Drinking: Water is delivered through pressure-regulated drinking lines and nipple drinkers. Egg Collection: Eggs move along the cage floor toward the collection side and can then be transferred by egg belts to the main collection system. Manure Removal: Manure passes through the cage floor and is collected on manure belts below the applicable cage tiers before being transported to the discharge point. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Site Preparation: Verify poultry-house dimensions, floor level, service aisles, equipment positions and utility connections before installation. Modular Assembly: Assemble supporting frames, cage panels and automatic equipment according to the approved installation drawings. System Alignment: Accurately align cage rows, egg belts, manure belts and drive components for stable operation. Commissioning: Test feeding, drinking, egg collection, manure removal and related equipment before flock placement. Routine Maintenance: Inspect cage fasteners, belts, rollers, drive units, water lines and nipple drinkers regularly and replace worn components when required. |
