Product Overview The Commercial Layer Chicken Cage System is designed for efficient housing and management of laying hens in commercial egg farms. Different cage configurations are available for white-shell layers, brown-shell layers and breeder applications.

The cage structure combines galvanized steel wire, feeding troughs, drinking lines and inclined cage floors for convenient daily management and smooth egg roll-out. The system can also be integrated with automatic feeding, egg collection and manure removal equipment according to farm requirements.

Working Principle Laying hens are housed in individual cage compartments with direct access to feed troughs and drinking lines. The cage floor is slightly inclined so freshly laid eggs roll gently toward the front collection area.

Manure drops below the cage floor for manual or automatic removal. Where automation is installed, feeding, egg collection and manure removal can be operated through centralized equipment to reduce routine labor.
