 |
| Product Overview |
The Automatic H-Type Layer Cage System is a high-density poultry housing solution designed for commercial egg production. Its vertical stacked structure makes efficient use of poultry house space while supporting centralized and automated flock management.
The cage system uses corrosion-resistant galvanized steel components and high-strength wire mesh. It can be integrated with automatic feeding, nipple drinking, egg collection, manure removal and environmental control systems to reduce labor requirements and improve daily farm efficiency.
The modular design is suitable for medium and large layer farms and can be customized according to house dimensions, bird capacity, number of tiers and automation requirements. |

| Working Principle |
Layers are housed in vertically stacked cage sections with dedicated feeding and drinking facilities. Feed is distributed along the cage rows through an automatic feeding system, while nipple drinkers provide controlled access to clean water.
Eggs roll gently along the inclined cage floor onto the front egg belt and are transported to a central collection point. Manure falls onto belts beneath each cage tier and is regularly conveyed out of the poultry house, helping maintain cleaner cage conditions and reduce contact between birds and manure. |
