Wall-Mounted Fine Mist Disinfection System

Product Showcase Content
Product Name WALL-MOUNTED FINE MIST DISINFECTION SYSTEM
Product Image Wall-Mounted Fine Mist Disinfection System
Product Overview The Wall-Mounted Fine Mist Disinfection System is designed for personnel entrances, livestock farm biosecurity passages and controlled access points. Multiple atomizing units generate a distributed fine mist around the passage area to improve disinfectant coverage while reducing the amount of liquid required compared with coarse spraying.

The system is available with 5 or 10 spray heads and can be supplied in standard or anti-freeze configurations. Its wall-mounted modular structure saves floor space and is suitable for pig farms, poultry farms, cattle farms, breeding facilities and other agricultural biosecurity applications.

  • Wall-mounted modular atomizing units
  • 5-nozzle standard configuration
  • 10-nozzle high-capacity configuration
  • Fine mist personnel disinfection passage
  • Optional anti-freeze configuration
  • Integrated installation for farm biosecurity entrances
Key Features
  • Fine Mist Atomization: Produces a distributed mist for more uniform coverage throughout the disinfection passage.
  • 5 or 10 Spray Heads: Two standard capacity options are available for different passage sizes and operating requirements.
  • 6 or 12 L/h Output: Atomization capacity can be selected according to the required system configuration.
  • Wall-Mounted Design: Keeps equipment away from the walking area and reduces floor-space requirements.
  • Anti-Freeze Option: A cold-weather configuration is available for installations exposed to low-temperature conditions.
  • Wide Input Voltage: Designed for 160–260 V, 50 Hz electrical supply.
  • Low Standby Consumption: Standby power is approximately 4 W or 8 W depending on configuration.
  • Modular Installation: Spray units can be arranged along the passage according to site dimensions.
  • Biosecurity Application: Suitable for controlled personnel entry points in commercial livestock production facilities.
Working Principle The system delivers prepared liquid to multiple atomizing heads installed along the disinfection passage. The atomization mechanism converts the liquid into fine droplets and disperses them into the surrounding air.

When installed as part of a controlled personnel entrance, the mist can provide broad surface coverage around protective clothing and footwear. System operation, disinfectant selection, concentration and exposure procedures should always follow the disinfectant manufacturer's instructions and applicable farm biosecurity requirements.

  • Prepare disinfectant solutions strictly according to the chemical manufacturer's dilution instructions.
  • Check spray heads regularly and clean them when atomization becomes uneven.
  • Flush the liquid lines with clean water when required to reduce deposits and blockage.
  • Use the anti-freeze configuration where installation conditions require low-temperature protection.
  • Inspect tubing, electrical connections and mounting points periodically.
  • Switch off electrical power before servicing or dismantling any component.
Product FAQ

Q: What configurations are available?
A: The system is available with 5 or 10 spray heads, with standard and anti-freeze versions available.

Q: What is the atomization capacity?
A: The 5-head configuration provides approximately 6 L/h, while the 10-head configuration provides approximately 12 L/h.

Q: What electrical supply is required?
A: The specified input range is 160–260 V at 50 Hz.

Q: Is an anti-freeze version available?
A: Yes. Both 5-head and 10-head systems can be supplied in anti-freeze configurations for appropriate installation conditions.

Q: Where is this system normally installed?
A: It is commonly installed at controlled personnel entrances, farm biosecurity passages and other access-control transition zones.

Q: Can the system be customized for different passage sizes?
A: Yes. The number, spacing and layout of atomizing units can be selected according to site dimensions and project requirements.

Q: Can any disinfectant be used?
A: No. Only disinfectants approved for the intended application and compatible with the equipment should be used at the concentration specified by the chemical manufacturer.

Q: Is regular maintenance required?
A: Yes. Spray heads, tubing, electrical connections and liquid-contact components should be inspected and cleaned regularly to maintain stable atomization.
