Product Overview The Compact Double-Deck Compost Vibrating Screen is designed to grade cured livestock manure compost, blended organic fertilizer feedstock, topsoil and similar bulk materials. Two screen levels provide staged separation in a space-efficient machine suited to commercial pig farms, livestock waste treatment facilities and smaller compost processing projects. Screen selection, feed arrangement and discharge layout can be matched to the material and site plan.

Working Principle A loader or conveyor places prepared compost into the feed area. Vibration moves material across the upper deck, where larger pieces are retained. Material passing through reaches the lower deck for further sizing. The selected screen openings determine the separated fractions. Screening results depend on feed moisture, particle shape, loading rate and screen condition.

Can it screen fresh manure?
The machine is intended primarily for prepared or cured material. Very wet or sticky feed can block the screen and should be assessed before equipment selection.

Can the finished compost size be changed?
Yes. Screen openings can be selected for the required fractions, subject to material characteristics and the approved configuration.
