| Product Overview | This chemical wet scrubber treats hydrogen sulfide in foul air collected from farm wastewater handling and treatment areas. A packed tower brings the exhaust air into contact with a recirculating alkaline solution before the treated air reaches the discharge outlet. The system can be integrated with covered tanks, enclosed treatment buildings and ventilation ductwork in commercial pig farm projects. |

| Working Principle | Collected exhaust air passes through the packed bed as scrubbing liquid flows over the packing. Hydrogen sulfide transfers from the air into the alkaline liquid and reacts there. The mist eliminator limits liquid carryover before the treated air exits. Chemical dosing and liquid replacement are set according to contaminant loading and operating conditions. |
