| Product Overview |
The Heavy-Duty Square-Tube Cattle Fence Panel is a modular livestock fencing component designed for cattle yards, holding pens, sorting areas, feeding enclosures and handling facilities. Its welded square-tube construction provides a rigid frame suitable for repeated livestock contact in commercial farm environments.
Panels can be connected with welded lugs and removable steel pins, allowing cattle-yard layouts to be assembled, extended, relocated or reconfigured with minimal construction work. Hot-dip galvanized steel provides corrosion resistance for long-term indoor and outdoor livestock applications. |
| Key Features |
- Heavy-Duty Square-Tube Construction: Welded square steel rails and uprights provide a rigid structure for cattle containment and handling areas.
- Hot-Dip Galvanized Finish: Protective zinc coating improves resistance to moisture, manure, rain and outdoor farm conditions.
- Modular Panel Design: Individual panels can be combined to form cattle pens, holding yards, races, drafting areas and temporary enclosures.
- Pin-and-Lug Connection: Welded connection lugs and removable pins simplify installation and future yard modifications.
- Portable or Permanent Use: Suitable for relocatable livestock yards as well as fixed cattle-fencing projects.
- Smooth Livestock Contact Surfaces: Properly finished welds and tube edges help reduce sharp contact points around cattle.
- Low Maintenance: Galvanized construction requires limited routine surface maintenance under normal livestock-yard conditions.
- Project Customization: Panel dimensions, tube sections, rail quantity and connection details can be manufactured according to project requirements.

| Structural Components |
- Square-tube vertical side posts
- Square-tube horizontal livestock rails
- Fully welded structural joints
- Welded upper and lower connection lugs
- Removable steel connecting pins
- Steel tube end closures
- Ground-contact feet or mounting points
- Optional anchoring components for permanent installations
|
| Structural Principle |
The panel uses a welded rectangular frame with multiple horizontal square-tube rails to distribute livestock pressure across the complete structure. Vertical end posts transfer loads from the horizontal rails to the panel connections and ground-contact points.
Adjacent panels are joined through overlapping welded lugs and removable steel pins. This modular connection allows straight runs, corners, holding pens and cattle-yard layouts to be assembled without permanently welding each panel together. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Installation:
- Position the panels according to the approved cattle-yard or livestock-pen layout.
- Align the connection lugs of adjacent panels and insert the steel pins fully.
- Install additional posts, anchors or concrete foundations where required for permanent or high-load sections.
- Check corners, gateways and cattle-flow transitions for adequate structural support.
- Ensure finished surfaces and connection points do not create sharp projections into animal areas.
- Select permanent anchoring according to ground conditions and expected livestock loading.
Maintenance:
- Inspect welds, rails, connection lugs and pins periodically for deformation or damage.
- Replace bent or heavily worn connecting pins when required.
- Keep manure and wet bedding from accumulating around panel feet and anchor points.
- Repair damaged galvanized areas with a suitable zinc-rich protective coating when necessary.
- Check permanent anchors and structural supports regularly in high-pressure cattle areas.

| Product FAQ |
Q: What is the advantage of square-tube cattle panels?
A: Square hollow sections provide broad welded contact surfaces and a rigid frame structure, making them suitable for livestock yards where strength and dimensional stability are important.
Q: Can the panels be used for portable cattle yards?
A: Yes. Pin-and-lug connections allow panels to be assembled, removed and rearranged for temporary or semi-permanent cattle-handling layouts.
Q: Can the panels also be installed permanently?
A: Yes. Panels can be incorporated into permanent yards using suitable posts, base plates, concrete foundations or customized anchoring systems.
Q: Are custom panel dimensions available?
A: Yes. Panel height, length, square-tube section, rail quantity and connection details can be customized according to project requirements.
Q: Can matching cattle gates be supplied?
A: Yes. Matching livestock gates, access gates, race panels and other cattle-yard components are available upon request.
Q: What information is required for a quotation?
A: Please provide the required panel dimensions, quantity, tube section, yard layout, installation method and destination market. A cattle-yard drawing is helpful for complete project quotations. |
