| Product Overview |
The Broiler Breeder Female Chain Feeding System is an automatic poultry feeding solution designed for controlled feeding of female broiler breeders in commercial parent-stock houses. A continuously circulating feed chain transports feed through an open trough circuit, allowing the ration to be distributed rapidly and evenly throughout the poultry house. The system is suitable for breeder farms requiring reliable feed allocation, good flock uniformity, convenient daily management and efficient use of poultry house space. Feeding-line layouts can be customized according to bird capacity, house dimensions, feeding programs and steel structure building conditions. |

| Working Principle |
Feed is delivered from the farm silo, weighing system or main feed conveying line to the chain feeder hopper. When the feeding cycle begins, the geared drive moves the feed chain continuously through the trough circuit. As the chain travels through the trough, it carries the feed around the complete feeding loop and distributes the ration along the poultry house. Corner units guide the chain through each change in direction while maintaining stable movement. The feeding cycle can be controlled according to flock age, breeder management program and daily ration requirements. In suspended installations, the line can be lifted after feeding to provide additional floor space. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Installation: The system is assembled from modular trough sections, feed chain, corner units, drive units, hoppers and suspension or support components. Accurate trough alignment and correct chain tension are important for stable long-term operation. For suspended installations, lifting points should be coordinated with the poultry house roof trusses and steel structure building layout. System dimensions and equipment positions can be designed according to project drawings. Maintenance: Routine inspection should include chain tension, drive operation, corner-wheel movement, trough alignment, fasteners, suspension components and feed-level settings. Feed residues should be removed and feeding equipment cleaned according to the farm biosecurity program. |

| Product FAQ |
Q: Why is a chain feeding system suitable for female broiler breeders? A: The circulating chain distributes the controlled feed ration rapidly throughout the trough circuit, helping provide consistent feeding opportunities for birds along the poultry house. Q: Can male and female breeders use separate feeding systems? A: Yes. Separate feeding systems allow male and female breeders to receive different feed quantities and feeding programs. Q: Can the chain feeding system be suspended? A: Yes. Suspended configurations with lifting equipment are available according to project requirements. Q: Can the system connect with automatic feed weighing equipment? A: Yes. The feeding line can be integrated with feed silos, conveying equipment, feed weighing systems and automatic farm controls. Q: Can the system be customized for an existing poultry house? A: Yes. Feeding-line layout, suspension arrangement, hopper location, circuit length and control configuration can be designed according to existing poultry house conditions. |
