Product Showcase Content
Product Name Gantry-Type Automatic Poultry Feeding System
Product Image Gantry-Type Automatic Poultry Feeding System
Product Overview The Gantry-Type Automatic Poultry Feeding System is designed for efficient and uniform feed distribution along commercial poultry cage rows. A traveling feed cart moves along the cage line and delivers feed directly into the feeding troughs on each tier.

The system combines adjustable feed hoppers, precision feed levelers, galvanized feed troughs, traveling mechanisms and automatic controls. Feed output can be adjusted according to bird age, flock condition and feeding program, helping improve feeding consistency while reducing labor and feed waste.

It is suitable for commercial layer farms, pullet houses and other multi-tier poultry cage projects.

Key Features
  • Uniform Feed Distribution: Precision feed levelers help maintain consistent feed depth along the entire cage row.
  • Adjustable Feed Quantity: Feed discharge can be adjusted according to bird age, feed intake and production stage.
  • Automatic Traveling Operation: The feed cart moves along the cage line for efficient and rapid feeding.
  • Multi-Tier Feeding: Multiple discharge outlets can supply feed to several cage levels simultaneously.
  • Galvanized Feed Trough: Hot-dip galvanized steel provides good corrosion resistance and durability.
  • Feed Waste Reduction: Controlled discharge and feed leveling help reduce excessive accumulation and spillage.
  • Anti-Bird Escape Design: Internal adjustment plates and guard wires allow convenient feeding while helping prevent birds from escaping.
  • Reduced Labor: Automatic feeding significantly decreases repetitive manual feeding work.
  • Flexible Control: Manual, timer-based or automatic control configurations are available.
  • Customizable Design: Cage tiers, row length, hopper size, feed outlet quantity and control system can be customized.
Working Principle Feed is transferred from a central silo or feed storage system to the traveling hopper through an auger or other conveying equipment.

After the hopper is filled, the drive mechanism moves the feed cart along the poultry cage row. During movement, adjustable discharge outlets release feed into the troughs at each cage tier.

Feed levelers spread the feed evenly and maintain a controlled feed depth. At the end of the cage row, the cart can stop or reverse automatically according to the control program.
