| Product Overview | The Universal Air Filter Holding Frame is a modular support component designed for mounting air filters in livestock house ventilation and air filtration systems. It provides a stable interface between the ventilation structure and replaceable filter elements, helping maintain correct filter positioning, reliable sealing and convenient maintenance. The frame can be integrated into air inlet walls, filter banks, ventilation ducts and dedicated filtration chambers for commercial pig houses, poultry houses and other intensive livestock facilities. Depending on project requirements, it can accommodate bag filters, panel filters and compact filters with suitable header frames. Its modular configuration is particularly suitable for new livestock building projects as well as renovation of existing ventilation systems where damaged or outdated filter supports need to be replaced. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle | The holding frame does not perform filtration itself. Its function is to provide a rigid, accurately positioned and serviceable mounting interface for the selected air filter. During installation, the filter is placed against the frame seating surface and secured with retaining clamps or compatible fastening devices. Where a gasket is installed, mechanical pressure between the filter header and frame compresses the sealing material and helps limit bypass airflow around the filter edges. Multiple frames can be connected together to create a filter wall or filter bank sized according to the required ventilation airflow. Incoming air is directed through the installed filters before entering the livestock house, helping the ventilation system operate through the intended filtration path. |

| Installation & Maintenance | Before installation, confirm that the filter dimensions, airflow direction, frame opening and surrounding supporting structure match the approved project drawings. The holding frame should be installed square and level to prevent distortion and uneven compression of the filter gasket. For modular filter banks, adjacent frames should be securely connected and supported so that the complete assembly remains rigid under operating airflow. After the filter is inserted, ensure that all retaining clamps are correctly engaged and that the filter seats evenly against the sealing surface. Where gaskets are used, inspect the perimeter for gaps, damage or insufficient compression. Routine maintenance should include inspection of the frame for corrosion, loose fasteners, damaged clamps, deformed mounting surfaces and deteriorated sealing materials. Replace worn components before installing new filters. |

| Project Cases | Commercial Pig House Filter Wall: Multiple holding frames can be arranged as a modular wall upstream of the main ventilation air inlet, allowing individual filters to be replaced without dismantling the complete bank. Positive-Pressure Pig Farm: Frames can be integrated with the fresh-air filtration chamber to support pre-filters and higher-efficiency filters according to the ventilation and biosecurity design. Livestock House Renovation: Custom-sized frames can be designed to replace damaged filter supports or adapt new filtration components to existing ventilation openings. Actual project configuration is determined according to ventilation capacity, building structure, selected filters and farm operating conditions. |

| Product FAQ | Q1: What types of filters can the holding frame support? It can be designed for commonly used bag filters, panel filters and compact filters with compatible header frames. The exact configuration should be confirmed according to the filter dimensions and construction. Q2: Can the frame dimensions be customized? Yes. Width, height, depth, mounting-hole position and connection arrangement can be customized according to project requirements. Q3: Is stainless steel available for pig house applications? Yes. Stainless steel can be selected when greater corrosion resistance is required. Material selection should be based on the livestock-house environment, cleaning procedures and project specifications. Q4: Can several frames be connected into one filter wall? Yes. The frame can be configured as part of a modular filter bank for large ventilation openings. Structural reinforcement and connection details should be designed according to the size of the complete bank. Q5: Does the holding frame include an air filter? The frame and filter can be supplied or specified separately according to the project. Please confirm the required filter type, dimensions and filtration grade when requesting a quotation. Q6: Can it be used for renovation of an existing pig house? Yes. Custom frames can be designed according to existing ventilation openings and filter dimensions, making them suitable for retrofit and replacement projects. Q7: What information is required for quotation? Please provide filter type, filter dimensions, required frame quantity, preferred material, installation opening dimensions, filter bank arrangement and available project drawings when possible. |
