| Product Overview | The A-Type Brooding & Rearing Cage System is designed for the controlled brooding and growing of layer chicks and pullets from the early chick stage through the rearing period before transfer to layer housing. Its stepped A-frame structure combines efficient poultry house space utilization with convenient access to every cage tier. The open configuration supports ventilation, inspection, feeding, drinking, flock grading and routine management while allowing manure to fall away from the bird area. The cage system can be configured for manual, semi-automatic or automatic operation and integrated with feeding equipment, nipple drinking lines, manure removal equipment, lighting, heating, ventilation and environmental control systems. It is suitable for both open poultry houses and environmentally controlled steel structure poultry buildings. |

| Structural Components |
|
| Structural Principle | Cage compartments are arranged in stepped tiers on both sides of the A-shaped support frame. The staggered structure keeps upper cages offset from lower cages, allowing manure to fall toward the floor or manure collection area rather than directly onto birds below. During the early brooding stage, chick pad mesh and suitable feeding and drinking accessories can be used to accommodate small birds. As the pullets grow, drinking height and feeding access can be adjusted to match their development. Depending on the project configuration, manure can be removed manually or mechanically, while feeding and environmental control equipment can be upgraded from basic operation to a more automated poultry production system. |

| Customization Options | SHEWUYOU can configure the A-Type Brooding & Rearing Cage System according to target flock capacity, chick breed, poultry house dimensions, local stocking standards, climate conditions, farm management method and required automation level. Available customization options include cage dimensions, tier quantity, compartment layout, row length, wire specification, surface treatment, plastic floor pads, feeding trough design, nipple drinking configuration, water pressure control, manure removal equipment, lighting, brooding equipment and ventilation system integration. Complete poultry house layouts and steel structure building coordination are available upon request. |
| Installation & Maintenance | Cage installation should begin on a level poultry house floor according to an approved row layout. A-frame supports are positioned and aligned before installation of cage panels, feed troughs, drinking lines and supporting accessories. Sufficient service aisles should be reserved for flock inspection, feeding, vaccination, bird transfer, equipment servicing and manure handling. Water lines should be pressure-tested and adjusted before chicks enter the poultry house. Routine maintenance includes inspection of cage wire, frame fasteners, doors, plastic pads, feed troughs, nipple drinkers, water pipes and pressure regulators. Drinking lines should be flushed regularly, manure should be removed according to the farm management schedule, and cage surfaces should be cleaned and disinfected between flocks. |
| Project Cases | A-Type brooding and rearing cages can be supplied as part of complete commercial poultry projects that combine cage rows, automatic feeding, nipple drinking, manure removal, feed storage, ventilation, cooling, heating, lighting and environmental control. Final project configuration is developed according to poultry house size, target bird capacity, local climate, available utilities, production objectives and customer management requirements. |
