| Product Overview | The Automatic A-Type Layer Cage System is a modular poultry housing solution developed for commercial egg production farms requiring efficient flock management and reduced routine labor. Its characteristic A-frame configuration provides open space between cage tiers, supporting natural air circulation, convenient inspection and straightforward access to feeding, drinking and egg-handling components. The system can be integrated with automatic feeding equipment, nipple drinking lines, egg collection conveyors, manure removal equipment and poultry house environmental control systems. Layout, cage configuration and automation level can be engineered according to bird capacity, poultry house dimensions, local climate and project requirements. |

| Key Features | A-Frame Cage Layout: Open triangular arrangement provides practical access to cage rows and promotes airflow through the poultry house. Corrosion-Resistant Construction: Cage wire and structural components can be manufactured from galvanized steel for long-term service in humid poultry environments. Automatic Feeding: Compatible with feed hoppers, traveling feeding machines, feed troughs and centralized feed delivery systems for more uniform feed distribution. Automatic Drinking: Nipple drinking lines provide controlled access to clean drinking water while helping reduce unnecessary water spillage. Automatic Egg Collection: Sloped cage floors guide eggs toward longitudinal collection belts or egg channels for centralized handling. Manure Management: Scraper or other manure removal configurations can be selected according to poultry house structure and management strategy. Modular Expansion: Cage row length, number of tiers and supporting automation equipment can be customized for different commercial farm capacities. |

| Structural Components | Cage Frame: Galvanized steel supporting structure designed to maintain alignment and stability along the complete cage row. Wire Cage Panels: Galvanized front, side, top and bottom mesh sections configured for layer management and daily inspection. Sloped Cage Floor: Flexible wire floor designed to allow laid eggs to roll toward the egg collection area. Feed Trough: Continuous trough positioned along the cage front for convenient feeding and inspection. Drinking Line: Water pipes, nipple drinkers, pressure regulation components and related fittings. Egg Collection System: Longitudinal egg belt, drive unit and optional cross-conveyor or elevator according to the farm layout. Manure Removal Equipment: Scraper or project-specific manure handling equipment installed beneath or between cage rows. Control System: Electrical controls can coordinate feeding, egg collection, manure removal and compatible poultry house equipment. |

| Working Principle | Feed is transferred from the farm feed storage system to the cage feeding equipment and distributed along each row. Drinking water is supplied through regulated nipple drinking lines installed inside or above the cage compartments. Eggs laid by the hens roll gently along the inclined cage floor toward the egg collection channel. When automatic egg collection is installed, longitudinal belts transport the eggs to the end of the cage row and then to a centralized collection or packing area. Manure falls beneath the cage system and is removed by the selected manure handling equipment. Ventilation, cooling, lighting and other environmental systems can operate together with the cage equipment as part of an integrated commercial poultry house solution. |

| Installation & Maintenance | Installation should begin with accurate poultry house dimensions, floor level verification and cage row positioning. Frame sections are assembled and aligned before installing cage mesh, feeding equipment, drinking lines, egg collection components and manure handling equipment. Motors, sensors and electrical controls should be commissioned after mechanical installation is complete. Routine maintenance includes checking fasteners, cage alignment, feed distribution components, drinking nipples, water pressure regulators, egg belts, drive units and manure removal equipment. Periodic cleaning and inspection help maintain reliable operation and reduce unplanned downtime in intensive poultry production. |
