| Product Overview | The Veterinary Blood Sample Tube Storage Box is designed for organized storage of compatible blood sample vials, serum aliquots, plasma samples and other veterinary laboratory specimens. A 10 × 10 internal array provides 100 individual positions, helping laboratories maintain systematic sample identification and inventory control. The reference configuration is manufactured from durable polycarbonate and accommodates up to 100 compatible 3.6 mL vials. Its keyed lid helps prevent incorrect lid orientation, while the printed location grid simplifies sample tracking during routine laboratory work. The box is suitable for veterinary diagnostic laboratories, commercial livestock farms, breeding companies, research facilities and animal health programs that require organized refrigerated, frozen or cryogenic sample storage. |

| Working Principle | Each veterinary specimen is placed into a designated position in the internal storage grid. The corresponding grid coordinate can be recorded together with the animal identification number, sample type, collection date and laboratory accession number. After loading, the keyed lid is aligned with the box base to maintain a consistent orientation. This helps reduce sample-location errors when boxes are removed from and returned to refrigerators, freezers or cryogenic storage equipment. For long-term specimen management, the box can be integrated with manual records, barcode systems or laboratory information management systems according to project requirements. |

| Use & Maintenance | Confirm that the sample tube diameter, height and closure configuration are compatible with the selected storage box before use. Label each veterinary sample clearly before placing it into the box. Record the corresponding grid position together with the animal ID, sample type, collection date and laboratory information. Place tubes vertically into the individual storage positions and close the keyed lid in the correct orientation. Avoid forcing oversized tubes into the grid because this may damage the tube or storage box. When using the box in ultra-low-temperature or cryogenic applications, follow the laboratory's validated specimen handling procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Reusable polycarbonate boxes can be cleaned and decontaminated according to laboratory procedures. The reference plastic box is autoclavable; however, sample tubes should be removed before any heat-based decontamination procedure unless they are specifically rated for the same conditions. |
