| Product Overview |
Veterinary Elastrator Forceps are designed for stretching and applying high-tension rubber rings during livestock management procedures such as bloodless castration and selected tail-docking applications. The four-prong mechanism expands the elastic ring evenly so it can be positioned accurately before release. Manufactured from durable stainless steel, the approximately 220 mm forceps provide good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance for repeated farm use. Compatible elastic rings of approximately 14 mm are suitable for appropriate young livestock when used according to veterinary guidance and local animal-welfare regulations. |

| Working Principle |
An elastic ring is placed over the four closed prongs of the forceps. When the handles are squeezed, the prongs spread outward and enlarge the ring. The expanded ring is positioned at the required anatomical location, then the handles are gradually released so the ring contracts. The applied ring maintains circumferential pressure and restricts local blood circulation according to the selected veterinary procedure. |
