Key Features
  • PE Construction: Made from polyethylene film for flexible and practical farm use.
  • High Load Capacity: Reinforced bag structure supports handling of livestock afterbirth material.
  • Enhanced Toughness: Durable film provides good flexibility and resistance to tearing during collection and transport.
  • Strong Bag Bottom: Reinforced bottom construction helps reduce splitting under load.
  • Leak-Resistant Design: Helps contain fluids and biological material during temporary handling.
  • Multiple Sizes: Available in 32 × 52 cm, 36 × 60 cm and other size configurations.
  • Farm Biosecurity Support: Provides a simple way to separate afterbirth material from pens, walkways and general farm waste.
Working Principle After parturition, placenta and fetal membrane material can be placed directly into the PE bag for temporary containment. The flexible bag conforms around the collected material while the reinforced film and bottom help contain the load and associated fluids.

The filled bag can then be closed, labeled when necessary, and transferred for farm-approved disposal, diagnostic submission or other handling according to the applicable veterinary and biosecurity procedure.
