Structural Principle

The cooler is positioned at a wall separating the controlled farm area from the external collection route. Staff deposit carcasses through the indoor loading doors into containers inside the refrigerated enclosure. At collection, the containers are accessed through the external doors. The refrigeration system removes heat from the insulated storage space while the controller regulates its operating temperature. Door use, container return and cleaning remain subject to the farm's biosecurity procedures.
