Product Name 2–6 TEAT MULTI-CALF FEEDING BUCKET
Product Image 2-6 teat multi-calf feeding bucket
Product Overview The 2–6 Teat Multi-Calf Feeding Bucket is designed for efficient group milk feeding in dairy and beef calf-rearing operations. A single 10 L reservoir can be configured with two, three, four, five or six teat positions according to the number of calves, pen layout and farm management system.

The durable plastic body is combined with replaceable teat and valve components. Detachable check-valve assemblies simplify daily sanitation by allowing the valve components to be removed for thorough cleaning while the valve housing can be flushed separately. The system is suitable for milk, prepared milk replacer and other compatible calf liquid feeds.
Key Features
  • 2–6 Teat Configurations: Available with two, three, four, five or six feeding positions for different calf-group sizes.
  • 10 L Shared Reservoir: Provides a practical group-feeding solution while reducing the number of individual buckets required.
  • Detachable Check Valves: Removable valve components provide easier access for thorough cleaning and inspection.
  • Flushable Valve Housing: The housing can be rinsed without repeatedly removing the complete fitting from the bucket.
  • Replaceable Feeding Components: Teats, valves, seals and related fittings can be serviced individually when required.
  • High-Quality Plastic Body: Designed for repeated handling and daily use in commercial calf-rearing environments.
  • Easy-Clean Interior: Smooth molded surfaces simplify removal of milk residues between feeding cycles.
  • Metal Carry Handle: Allows convenient filling, transport and positioning during feeding rounds.
  • Multiple Colour Options: Different bucket colours can support calf-group identification and distributor product ranges.
  • OEM Customization: Company logos, bucket colours and selected feeding configurations can be supplied according to order requirements.
Structural Components
  • Plastic Bucket Body: Molded shared milk reservoir designed for multiple teat positions.
  • Calf Teats: Replaceable flexible teats provide individual suckling points around the lower section of the bucket.
  • Check-Valve Assemblies: Control liquid delivery from the shared reservoir toward each configured teat position.
  • Valve Housings: Secure the feeding assemblies to the bucket body and support convenient flushing.
  • Sealing Components: Gaskets and retaining fittings help maintain a leak-resistant connection around each outlet.
  • Metal Handle: Provides a durable carrying point for daily feeding operations.
  • Optional Mounting Hardware: Mounting brackets or metal plates can be used to stabilize the feeder on calf pens, gates or housing partitions.
Working Principle Milk or prepared milk replacer is poured into the shared bucket reservoir. Gravity distributes the liquid toward the individual teat-and-valve assemblies positioned around the lower section of the bucket.

When calves suckle, the valve assemblies allow milk to enter the teats while helping control reverse flow. Multiple calves can therefore drink from the same reservoir at the same time. After feeding, detachable valve components and teats can be removed for washing, while the valve housings can be flushed thoroughly as part of the farm's sanitation routine.
